Report an injured or stray animal in India

Found an injured street dog, cat, or any animal in distress in India? Report it in minutes. PawRescue turns what you see into a clear, public rescue case, connects it with verified rescue teams (PawPartners) where they're available, and keeps everyone updated through transparent case tracking.

How to report an injured animal

Add a photo, the species, and how urgent it looks — Critical, Urgent, or Moderate — then share your GPS pin or type the location. Your report becomes a public rescue case that verified rescue teams near you can see, accept, and update from reported to rescued.

Who responds to a rescue

Only verified PawPartners — reviewed NGOs, shelters and independent rescuers — can accept and update cases. There is no automatic dispatch and a responder is not guaranteed, but making every case public, detailed and trackable gives an animal the best chance of reaching the right people. For a life-threatening emergency, also contact a nearby vet or animal NGO directly.

What you can report

Injured, sick, or endangered street animals and pets across India — dogs, cats, birds, cattle and more. Every case carries real photos and a precise location, and the whole timeline stays on one open, trackable case page.

Is PawRescue free?

Yes. Reporting an animal in distress is always free, for everyone. PawRescue is part of PawPew's free animal-welfare tools, alongside PawBridge for rehoming and PawMini AI for pet first aid.
